授权是绑定账号还是设备？Is the licence bound to an account or a device?
授权绑定设备（基于设备硬件标识匿名生成，不含个人信息）。同一台电脑重装系统后授权仍然有效；更换电脑请联系 yellowfir@yellowfir.com 办理转移。The licence is bound to a device, using an anonymous hash derived from hardware identifiers — no personal data is involved. It survives an OS reinstall on the same computer; to move to another computer, contact yellowfir@yellowfir.com for a transfer.
需要联网吗？Does it need an internet connection?
WACC 实时取数需要联网；断网时会使用本地快照继续工作。授权验证同样需要定期联网（已购授权可离线使用最长 72 小时）。Live WACC data needs the internet; offline, the app falls back to a local snapshot. Licence validation also needs periodic connectivity — a purchased licence can be used offline for up to 72 hours.
可以开发票 / 收据吗？Can I get an invoice or receipt?
可以。Paddle 作为 Merchant of Record 会在付款后发送电子收据至您的邮箱；如需公司发票，请联系 yellowfir@yellowfir.com 并提供订单号。Yes. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, emails an electronic receipt after payment. For a company invoice, contact yellowfir@yellowfir.com with your order number.
支持哪些平台？Which platforms are supported?
同时提供 Apple Silicon 与 Intel 两个 macOS 安装包（macOS 12 Monterey 或更高），以及 Windows 10/11 64 位安装包（需 WebView2 运行时，Windows 11 已内置）。三个安装包功能一致、授权互通，按当前设备绑定。更换电脑时，在新机器的授权窗口输入原订单号即可自助迁移：旧机随即停用、剩余时间自动跟随，每份授权可迁移 3 次、两次间隔 7 天。Three builds are available: Apple Silicon and Intel for macOS 12 Monterey or later, plus a Windows 10/11 64-bit build (WebView2 runtime required — built into Windows 11). All three are feature-identical, share the same licensing, and bind to the current device. To move to a new computer, enter the original order ID in the licence window on the new machine: the old machine is deactivated, remaining time carries over, with up to 3 self-service moves spaced 7 days apart.
